Hybrid Home Staging & Styling

I offer a hybrid approach to home staging that blends thoughtful design, practical strategy, and an intuitive understanding of how spaces photograph and feel. Rather than stripping a home down or bringing in full-scale rentals, I begin with what’s already there—curating, editing, and enhancing each space to highlight its strongest features and natural flow.

From there, I layer in my own curated finishing touches—artwork, textiles, sculptural objects, and styling elements—to reframe the space and give it new life. The result is a home that feels elevated, cohesive, and emotionally resonant, while still feeling authentic to how it’s meant to be lived in.

This approach is especially well-suited for lived-in homes, tight timelines, or sellers who want a polished, market-ready result without the disruption or cost of traditional staging. Every project begins with a comprehensive consultation, where I walk through the home and assess layout, light, furnishings, and opportunities for visual impact. Afterward, clients receive a customized, easy-to-follow action plan—often with photos—outlining what to edit, what to keep, and how to prepare each space for market.

From there, I collaborate as much or as little as needed: via text, FaceTime, or in person. When it’s time for final styling, I step in to refine placement, enhance flow, and add finishing touches that elevate the home without overwhelming it. This process allows agents to stay focused on their listings, sellers to feel supported (not stressed), and homes to go to market looking cohesive, intentional, and buyer-ready.

Hybrid staging projects are priced based on scope, timeline, and the level of styling support needed.

Most projects fall within a clear, predictable range aligned with market-ready results and I provide a detailed quote after a brief walkthrough or consult. This allows me to tailor each project to the home, the market, and the listing timeline.
